Copper Nickel Coil Tubing is mainly made up of copper (70–90%) and nickel (10–30%), often mixed with small amounts of iron and manganese to enhance strength and corrosion resistance. These tubes typically showcase tensile strength between 310 to 500 MPa, excellent elongation, and remarkable resistance to biofouling and stress corrosion cracking.
