This intricate alloying process provides remarkable creep rupture strength and oxidation resistance at high temperatures. T92 tubing achieves a tensile strength of ≥620 MPa, yield strength of ≥440 MPa, and an elongation of 20%. It operates effectively at temperatures up to 620–650°C, maintaining its mechanical integrity even under extended thermal exposure. Typically, these tubes are supplied in a normalized and tempered state, making them well-suited for the most challenging thermal and pressure conditions.
