Hastelloy seamless pipes consist of nickel, molybdenum, chromium, and iron along with trace elements like tungsten and cobalt to ensure better performance under extreme conditions. The pipes have excellent resistance to oxidation, pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. Mechanically, they possess a tensile strength of about 720 MPa, yield strength of 290 MPa, elongation of 40%, and hardness of 160 HB. Hastelloy seamless pipes possess outstanding formability, weldability, and thermal stability and are ideal for high-temperature and high-pressure applications in aggressive process conditions.
