Inconel 617 Tubing consists of nickel (44.5–63%), chromium (~22%), cobalt (~12.5%), and molybdenum (~9%), with trace amounts of elements such as aluminum and carbon aiding in oxidation resistance. This sophisticated alloy possesses tensile strength of 540–760 MPa, yield strength ≥275 MPa, and elongation ~30%, which makes it very resilient against thermal and mechanical stress. The tube exhibits superior creep rupture strength, metallurgical stability, and high weldability.
