Inconel Pipes consist mainly of nickel (≥72%) and chromium (14–17%), with the inclusion of other elements like molybdenum, iron, and cobalt varying with the grade (e.g., Inconel 600, 625). These alloys have high tensile strength of up to 1030 MPa, excellent fatigue life, and corrosion and oxidation resistance. Inconel pipes do not lose their structure at the highest temperatures, up to 980°C, are non-magnetic and resistant to stress corrosion cracking. Their high mechanical stability even during thermal cycling makes them ideal for applications with high pressure, corrosive chemicals, and alternating thermal environments.
