Monel K500 Tubing is made up of about 63% nickel, 30% copper, and trace amounts of aluminum (2.3–3.15%) and titanium (0.35–0.85%), which allow for age hardening. This alloy boasts a tensile strength of up to 965 MPa, a yield strength of 690 MPa, and an elongation of around 20%, all while maintaining excellent fatigue and impact resistance, even in sub-zero temperatures. Monel K500 keeps its corrosion resistance in both saltwater and chemical environments, providing 2–3 times the strength of Monel 400. The tubing is capable of withstanding high-pressure, high-stress situations and is non-magnetic when in the annealed state.
