The mechanical properties include a tensile strength of 480–760 MPa and a yield strength ranging from 170–550 MPa, depending on the grade and heat treatment. Monel tubing showcases excellent ductility, toughness, and resistance to stress corrosion cracking in marine and chemical environments, while maintaining stability from cryogenic temperatures up to 550 °C.
