In order to improve ductility and lower the risk of embrittlement in high-temperature service, Nickel Alloy 201 Pipes are made of 99.6% pure nickel with a maximum carbon content of 0.02%. Excellent resistance to reducing agents and alkalis is provided by this alloy. Its elongation is roughly 45%, its yield strength is 103 MPa, and its tensile strength is roughly 403 MPa. Nickel 201 has outstanding thermal and electrical conductivity and retains its mechanical integrity over a broad temperature range. It is appropriate for deep drawing, welding, and high-temperature applications in harsh chemical environments due to its low hardness and high formability.
