Nickel Alloy EFW Pipes contain mainly nickel (50–70%), supplemented by additions of chromium, molybdenum, and iron for better corrosion resistance and strength. These pipes have excellent mechanical properties like high tensile strength (up to 1000 MPa), high fatigue resistance, and excellent performance at high temperatures and pressures. Their electric fusion welding provides a solid, homogeneous weld joint, enhancing overall reliability. They also have excellent pitting resistance, crevice corrosion resistance, and stress corrosion cracking resistance, which makes them perfect for aggressive chemical and marine conditions where both strength and corrosion resistance are paramount.
