Stainless Steel 253MA Pipes are made up of around 20-22% chromium, 10-12% nickel, 1.4-2.0% silicon, along with trace amounts of nitrogen, carbon (approximately 0.05-0.10%), and rare earth metals. This combination of elements provides the alloy with outstanding oxidation resistance and impressive mechanical strength at elevated temperatures—up to 1150°C. The pipes typically exhibit a tensile strength of 600 MPa, a yield strength of 310 MPa, and an elongation of 40%. Additionally, 253MA boasts high creep strength, resistance to thermal fatigue, and maintains structural integrity under varying thermal loads, making it perfect for challenging thermal and chemical environments.
