Our Stainless Steel 304 Electropolished Pipes consist mainly of iron, and 18% chromium and 8% nickel, which delivers superior oxidation and corrosion resistance across a broad spectrum of settings. These tubes have good mechanical properties, with tensile strength of 70,000 psi (≈ 485 MPa), yield strength of 30,000 psi (≈ 205 MPa), and elongation of 40%, providing good ductility. The electropolish finish increases surface smoothness, facilitates cleanability, and reduces particle adhesion, providing them with good sanitary and high-purity applications. Their pitting, crevice corrosion, and surface contamination resistance makes them suitable for reliable operation in critical systems.
