Stainless Steel 304 Seamless Tubing is composed of 18–20% chromium, 8–12% nickel, and ≤0.08% carbon, along with trace amounts of manganese, silicon, and phosphorus. This composition provides a balanced corrosion resistance, particularly against oxidizing agents and mild acids. Its mechanical properties include a tensile strength of ≥515 MPa, yield strength of ≥205 MPa, elongation of ≥35%, and a Brinell hardness of ≤201 HB. These characteristics make it perfect for medium-pressure systems, delivering excellent structural strength, machinability, and performance in both standard and slightly elevated temperatures.
