Stainless Steel 304H ERW Pipes are made up of a blend of chromium (18-20%), nickel (8-11%), and carbon (0.04–0.10%), which significantly boosts their strength at high temperatures. They also contain manganese, silicon, and small traces of sulfur and phosphorus. These pipes boast impressive mechanical properties, featuring a tensile strength of about 515 MPa, a yield strength of 205 MPa, and an elongation of 40% over 50mm. The higher carbon content in 304H enhances its resistance to creep, making it perfect for high-temperature applications. Additionally, they show excellent resistance to oxidation and good formability.
