Stainless Steel 304L Seamless Tubing is made up of 18–20% chromium, 8–12% nickel, and ≤0.03% carbon, along with small amounts of manganese and silicon. Its mechanical properties include a tensile strength of at least 485 MPa, yield strength of at least 170 MPa, and an elongation of at least 35%, with a Brinell hardness of around 170 HB. These characteristics ensure outstanding durability, ductility, and corrosion resistance, making 304L perfect for high-pressure fluid systems, sanitary piping, and structural applications in corrosive and high-purity environments.
