Stainless Steel 304H Welded Tubing is composed of roughly 18-20% chromium, 8-11% nickel, and a higher carbon content (0.04–0.10%) to boost strength at elevated temperatures. It also includes manganese, silicon, and trace amounts of phosphorus and sulfur. This tubing boasts a tensile strength of about 515 MPa, a yield strength of 205 MPa, and an elongation of around 40%. The added carbon enhances creep resistance and structural stability in high-heat settings. These welded tubes also excel in oxidation resistance, ductility, and weldability, making them ideal for challenging mechanical and thermal applications.
