Stainless Steel 304L Seamless Pipes are mostly made up of 18% chromium and 8% nickel, with low carbon content (≤ 0.03%), improving weldability and reducing carbide precipitation on welding. The low-carbon grade provides good corrosion resistance in an extensive variety of environments. The main mechanical properties include tensile strength of around 505 MPa, yield strength of 215 MPa, and elongation of 40% at 50 mm. These characteristics give structural integrity, oxidation resistance, and extended service life and make 304L seamless pipes suitable for high as well as moderate temperature applications.
