Stainless Steel 304L Welded Pipes are made up of chromium (18–20%), nickel (8–12%), and a low carbon content (≤0.03%), with iron as the primary metal. The lower carbon content enhances weldability and reduces the chances of carbide precipitation during welding. These pipes boast a tensile strength of at least 485 MPa, yield strength of at least 170 MPa, and an elongation of 35–40%. SS 304L is highly resistant to various corrosive environments, including mild chemicals and exposure to the atmosphere. Its austenitic structure ensures excellent formability, strength, and performance in both normal and high-temperature conditions.
