Stainless Steel 316H Welded Pipes are composed of about 16–18% chromium, 10–14% nickel, and 2–3% molybdenum, with a higher carbon content (0.04–0.10%) that boosts high-temperature strength. They typically exhibit a tensile strength ranging from 515–690 MPa and a yield strength of around 205 MPa. This alloy excels in creep and stress rupture resistance at temperatures above 500 °C, along with outstanding pitting and crevice corrosion resistance in chloride-laden environments. The austenitic microstructure of 316H guarantees excellent toughness, weldability, and stability, even after extended exposure to high temperatures, making it perfect for demanding process and structural piping systems.
