Stainless Steel 316Ti ERW Pipes are composed of 16–18% chromium, 10–14% nickel, 2–3% molybdenum, and 0.5% titanium, which helps stabilize the material against carbide precipitation during welding or high-temperature use. This composition grants excellent corrosion resistance, particularly in environments rich in chlorides and acids. The mechanical properties include a tensile strength of at least 515 MPa, yield strength of at least 205 MPa, and an elongation of at least 35%. These pipes can endure continuous exposure to temperatures reaching up to 870°C. The ERW manufacturing process guarantees consistent dimensional accuracy, a smooth internal finish, and robust weld integrity, making them perfect for moderate-to-high pressure applications.
