Stainless Steel 316Ti Welded Pipes are composed of 16–18% chromium, 10–14% nickel, and 2–3% molybdenum, with 0.5% titanium added to prevent carbide precipitation during welding or exposure to high temperatures. This composition significantly boosts corrosion resistance and thermal stability. The mechanical properties include a tensile strength of at least 515 MPa, yield strength of at least 205 MPa, and an elongation of at least 35%. These pipes maintain their strength and integrity even at temperatures reaching 870°C, making them perfect for high-temperature applications. The addition of titanium also enhances weldability, particularly for thicker constructions or continuous high-temperature operations.
