Stainless Steel 321 and 321H Electropolished Pipes consist mainly of 17–19% chromium, 9–12% nickel, and titanium (≤ 0.7%), which stabilizes the material and enhances resistance to intergranular corrosion. The 321H variant has a greater carbon content (0.04–0.10%), which provides increased creep strength and performance at high temperatures. The pipes have tensile strength of approximately 515 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and superior oxidation resistance. Electropolishing ensures a clean, smooth finish with no contamination, enhancing corrosion resistance and cleanability, thus ideal for sensitive and sterile applications.
