Stainless Steel 321/321H Tubing is composed of 17–19% chromium, 9–12% nickel, and is stabilized with titanium (≥5xC%) to prevent carbide precipitation. The 321H variant has a higher carbon content (0.04–0.10%) to enhance creep strength at elevated temperatures. Both grades are known for their excellent resistance to oxidation and intergranular corrosion. Their mechanical properties include a tensile strength of ≥515 MPa, yield strength of ≥205 MPa, elongation of ≥35%, and a Brinell hardness of around 200 HB, making them ideal for high-temperature, pressure-bearing, and welded service environments.
