Super Duplex Steel Boiler Tubing typically contains 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 3.5% molybdenum, along with added nitrogen, copper, and tungsten. This unique blend offers remarkable resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking. The dual-phase ferritic-austenitic microstructure ensures high tensile strength (up to 800 MPa) and yield strength (around 550 MPa).
