Super Duplex Steel Coil Tubing is composed of approximately 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 3.5% molybdenum, with additions of nitrogen, tungsten, and copper. This advanced composition enhances resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking. Featuring a dual-phase ferritic-austenitic microstructure, Super Duplex coil tubing delivers a high tensile strength of up to 800 MPa and yield strength around 550 MPa. It offers excellent fatigue strength and pressure resistance, with superior weldability and toughness, even in harsh, high-pressure, and corrosive environments.
