Super Duplex Steel Pipes are crafted from a blend of about 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 4% molybdenum, and a touch of nitrogen, which boosts their corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. This unique alloy provides outstanding protection against pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride stress corrosion cracking. With a dual-phase microstructure of ferrite and austenite, these pipes offer impressive tensile strength (around 750 MPa) and yield strength (approximately 550 MPa).
