Super Duplex Steel S32750 is a highly alloyed stainless steel with around 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 4% molybdenum, and nitrogen and manganese additions. It provides outstanding mechanical properties of tensile strength approximately 795 MPa, yield strength 550 MPa, and acceptable elongation. The grade is a combination of high strength with excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking in harsh environments. Its dual-phase microstructure provides toughness and durability and is suitable for cryogenic as well as elevated temperature applications.
