Super Duplex Steel Seamless Pipes are made up of about 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 4% molybdenum, along with nitrogen and trace elements such as manganese. This advanced alloy provides exceptional resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. Typically, these pipes boast a high tensile strength of around 750 MPa and a yield strength of about 550 MPa. With a balanced ferritic-austenitic microstructure, they offer excellent mechanical strength, durability, and impact resistance.
