Titanium Boiler Tubing consists of commercially pure titanium (Grades 1–4) or titanium alloys such as Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V), which has 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium. These tubes have high mechanical strength with tensile strength of 344 MPa–895 MPa and yield strength of 275 MPa–828 MPa. The material has good elongation (15%–30%), thermal stability, and superior corrosion resistance. The superior strength-to-weight ratio and high-temperature resistance of titanium make it a great choice for boiler applications in aggressive industrial environments.
