Titanium Coil Tubing is manufactured mainly from commercially pure titanium (Grades 1–4) or titanium alloys such as Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V), consisting of 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium. It provides a tensile strength between 344 MPa and 895 MPa and yield strength between 275 MPa and 828 MPa, depending on grade. With elongation between 15% and 30%, this tubing provides superior formability along with high strength-to-weight ratio. It features superior corrosion resistance, flexibility, and fatigue strength, making it suitable for continuous-length tubing in harsh or high-performance applications.
