Titanium Pipes are produced from commercially pure titanium (Grades 1–4) or titanium alloys like Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V), which comprise 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium. These pipes have very good mechanical properties with tensile strength varying between 344 MPa and 895 MPa and yield strength varying between 275 MPa and 828 MPa. They also have elongation values ranging from 15% to 30%, having good ductility. The high strength-to-weight ratio, good corrosion resistance, and thermal stability of titanium make these pipes highly suitable for use in high-performance and corrosive environment applications.
