Titanium Seamless Tubing consists mainly of pure titanium (Grade 2 or Grade 5) with some alloying components like aluminum (6%) and vanadium (4%) in Grade 5. It has better mechanical properties, such as tensile strength of 344 MPa (Grade 2) to 895 MPa (Grade 5), yield strength of 275 to 828 MPa, and good elongation of 15% to 30%. These tubes offer a high strength-to-weight ratio, excellent resistance to corrosion, and good fatigue life, which makes them suitable for high-stress, high-temperature, and corrosive conditions.
