Titanium Welded Pipes consist mainly of commercially pure titanium (Grades 1–4) or titanium alloys like Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V), with the presence of aluminum (6%) and vanadium (4%). These pipes have very good mechanical characteristics, with tensile and yield strength that vary from 344 MPa to 895 MPa and from 275 MPa to 828 MPa, respectively, based on the grade. They possess good ductility with elongation from 15% to 30%. Titanium Welded Pipes have a high strength-to-weight ratio alongside good corrosion resistance, making them ideal for challenging industrial applications under harsh environments.
