Titanium Welded Tubing is mostly made of titanium (at least 99% in Grade 2), usually alloyed with trace amounts of elements such as aluminum, vanadium, and tin based on grade. It has very good mechanical properties, such as a tensile strength of 344–895 MPa and yield strength of 275–828 MPa, with respectable elongation (20%–30%). The high strength-to-weight ratio, exceptional corrosion resistance, and capacity of titanium to function under extreme temperatures make it well suited for high-performance tubing applications in demanding environments.
